總務處業務調整公告
為因應總務處文書組檔案管理室建置暨專業檔案管理業務,原文書組所負責之部分業務調整如下:
一、郵件分發、公務郵件寄發、郵資申請、郵資核結等-出納組
二、全校分機表彙整、總機語音宣告錄製、假期總機語音調整、每月導師電話紀錄彙整陳報等-營繕組

Services Transferred at the Office of General Affairs

The Documentation Section is now responsible for the establishment and management of the School's archive. Its original services will be transferred to the Cashier Section or the Construction & Maintenance Section.
1. Cashier Section: Sorting and processing the School's incoming and outgoing mail; postage settlement.
2. Construction & Maintenance Section: Maintaining the School's contact number list; switchboard voice recordings (including for holiday announcements); the collection and reporting of teachers’ monthly telephone records.
